The transfer is initiated at server reset, which is at 00:00 German time. But also you need to have no guild and no offers for sale on the trade house.

You can.. but you'll sometimes still miss three times, and of course your damage won't reach its maximum potential of the weapon.

Attack attribute is the only thing that matters for weapons. As long as you have attack attribute equal to or greater than your weapon you will reach its maximum damage output. Any extra attack attribute beyond that will only contribute to you chances of landing a hit.

suspicious mind and risk taker cant be obtained together. if you talk to the acolyte in the tavern and agree to get a bonedraon you get risk taker after finishign the quest. if you refuse the acolytes offer yo uget suspicious mind. nobody can have both. if you want to get suspicious mind you can still get the bonedragon pet next year but you wont get risk taker
